Employee of the Quarter
Picture

Noralam left his home in Burma as a teenager, relocating to Malaysia with his family. He lived there until 2012, when he was resettled in Chicago. In December 2015, just a year after coming to Pan-African Association, Noralam began working at PACTT Learning Center where he quickly put his natural handy-man skills to use.

Last quarter PACTT recognized Noralam for his dedication to their participants, his commitment to their mission, and his exceptional team spirit. He was nominated by his supervisor for the excellent work he does and the support he gives to the team, stating:

"Noralam Kassim is an outstanding maintenance person. He is talented, thrifty and resourceful. He is
just the kind of person PACTT needs given the numerous and diverse projects here. Not only is he all
that, he ALWAYS has a smile on his face and won’t leave a project until it is completed and perfect.
He is making us look better and better all the time. Thank you Noralam for all you do for PACTT!"

Keep up the great work, Noralam - we are proud of you!
